I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with full French windows, in excellent condition, impeccably clean, and filled with so many cozy pillows. The service was top-notch with superb receptionists, excellent room service, convenient dry cleaning, thorough housekeeping, on-site shops, laundry service, and even an airport shuttle. The location couldn't have been better as it's inside a small mall, making it a breeze to grab food, set in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to a supermarket, and surrounded by various dining options. Even though the dining had true Indonesian flavors, the absence of real coffee or tea was a bit of a letdown. However, the hotel's facilities were outstanding, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
